Official Squatch Watchers

They are scheduled to be back today......I however expect the request that I keep the pups for at least another day.

Morning Chicky.
Derp freakouts are extreme. :lau
I hope you don't need a boat! I figure you don't get much if any snow so.....boat not skis.

Funny that mine freaked about every food thing.....except pumpkins. Pumpkin was met with enthusiasm.
Quail freak out the worst! I have had a couple of them fly up and break their necks.

Damon looks horrible. It's going to get cold and snowy here soon and I've got 2 birds that look like they've been put through a feather plucker. I'm hoping their pins pop soon so they have something to keep them warm. Neither is particularly friendly so I'm not able to give them a hand. The white one is from a few days ago. She looks like the villain from a 1980's scifi movie.

they will be fine in the cold! They will look very pretty with the new feathers!

Does this mean you've decided against getting a second raisin for your collection?

I would BUT they chose to bring the three turds instead of the other one I was interested in....then offered a discount on him after dragging him all over the country. :hmm

Thinking that is rather hard on the little ones. :(

So next time they ask if you want to puppy sit, are you going to remember this?

Glad everyone made it out alive. Did she think you had treats? Mine come running when they see anything that appears to be treats and then everyone else follows.

My friend's mom bred wiener dogs and she had this pen that raised them up off the floor when they were really little so she could get to them easier. It was pretty nifty. then you could remove the bottom and it was basically like an ex-pen to keep the pups separated from everyone.

Oh he%% yes I will remember this. Thing is hubs has to work with this particular owner....although not DIRECY all the time. I feel rather trapped/rooked into this.

Oh dear!! So very naked!
My poor Crooky is looking very similar. Poor thing has been hiding in the nest box at night.

The broom must die.

These are complete turds. The health risks are not worth it to me either. I say heck no to all this bending too. Talk about dizzy spells!

How have you been holding up with recovering from the tick bites/illness?

Ok puppies are cute....when asleep. :hmm
Definitely agreeing with the teeth on wheels! Here they are piranha faces.:lau

Those are smaller though! These are 20+# each right now.
:ththey poop as big as a full grown cocker! :sick

I don't like puppy breath. :sick:sick
I do like my nice older dogs that have chilled the tater out!
:ya

Yeah the vicious puppy fights are very upsetting to say the least!

GAWD I am tired!
I was doing pretty well on recovering from Lyme disease, but hit a rough spot. So tired and achey. If I force myself outside, it's not as bad once I am out there. Thanks for asking!

That's horrifying.

Thanks for the reassurance! It's supposed to get down to the low 30's from here on out. After Klaus lost her toes last spring when she decided to molt I'm more worried about their nakedness.

Nibbler has been in the nest box for a while now. She stole Clover's spot. Her tail's finally coming in so hopefully she'll be fully feathered soon. These other 2 have a ways to go, but if they get their skin covered I'd feel better about things.

Ugh.. that sucks. Maybe once your son's pup comes home you'll be able to say that your brood, plus their pups would be too much for your family. They probably have other people they could ask, but since you were kind of cornered at the time it was hard for you to say no.

Sounds like we have a bunch of nude fowl putting on their fancy new feathers for winter.

Yup cornered. Yup giant piddle makers. I think even little River is 20# now. Those floor tiles are 12" across.

I think the birds want to look their best for the holidays. :D
"Cannot eat me I am to purdy." :gig

I overslept so the derp freak out was extra nice, all of them as low and as far as they could get just screaming away.
Naked Hobo about a foot away growling she was laying down so not much effort put in at all!
I really might need that boat, it hasn't stopped since this morning.:)

Nope no treats, she's just a jerk.
Doms are their own brand of sunshine for sure.:p

I survived the noon 3 P's. :woot
Load #3 in the washer. :th

I made some simple veggie beef soup this morning. Yes from scratch.
I managed to scarf down a bowl before the noon craisins happened.

I asked hubs to call the folks and find out if they were going to make it today. They said around 7:30-8:00. I figure that means midnight at best. :hmm

While I dealt with craisins Tilly opened the bedroom door and shredded hubs pillow case and had the zipper from his pillow protector chewed up beyond saving.
Yes she opens doors.
