Im so glad I replaced my rainboots this year Bob, it is looking like it is going to be another mucky winter.
Those aren't my favoriates, mud is awful when it freezes.
You having a good morning so far? :)
I wear irrigation boots to tend to the chickens outside in the rain. I love them!

They both deserve a new one.
Jack for being a saint and Sable for helping out.
Hard choice there Henny. :)

I gave Sable the bronze. My fabric was a bit short to make the big guy one in that.
He will still get one too. Just gotta find the best color for him.....maybe bright red. I have a strap cut for his already.

My crappy Singer machine that HATES behaving actually did ok on these heavy collars.:hmm

And how old is this baby pup now?:lau

Our tiny River is 13 weeks now. Just a little baby still.

Some funny stuff. I need to catch up, hope everyone is well.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Look at the lovely present Henny sent to me—-overnight express :gig(pretty sure this was the same storm system that dumped all that s**w in Colorado before moving on to New Mexico)

Oh wow. We were supposed to get some snow, but it never happened. Just rain today.

DH was super excited about all the snow. Like a little kid. It was sweet. Unfortunately the next day was sunny all morning and melted most of it (as several folks here predicted). And then in the afternoon it pored rain. Between the melt and the sky water we have been a squishy swamp ever since :hit

She seems to be feeling pretty good. Thanks for asking.
She is still being a turd about eating but we are working on that.
I will need to give a pill soon so she best get with the program. I don't think 3 kibbles will stave off the nausea. :hmm

I have some metallic bronze color fabric.....maybe for Sable or Jack a new collar.
Maybe try soaking the kibble in chicken broth? Or mixing it with water and a very small scoop of canned dog food?

Been doing all that. She is eating a bit on her own now so still progressing.

I slurried in 6oz and she ate the other 4 so pretty ok.

Y'all.... I have to confess I never did the math on how much the collars are costing to make.
It is under $3.

I will never purchase a premade collar again!

Yes all products used are designed for heavy duty use and list making dog collars in the description....well except maybe my added colorful fabric.

That is cheap! And bonus you get to pick everything. :)
