Official Squatch Watchers

OH.... and UPDATE on the eggs in our bator. We found yet ANOTHER one cracked..... but then, DH also noted 3 more eggs that have the chicken eye, veins and were moving around out of the dark ones I couldn't see. I seriously have weird, jacked up vision.

So, we have 20 currently viable, 4 duds and 3 questionable. The 3 questions are such a damn dark green you can't see in them!!!

Do you know if you have a cracked one you can put nail polish over the crack and still hatch?

These were deep cracks.... not little hairline. What I haven't informed you all of is, my oldest cat, WhineyButt, likes to lay on top of the incubator. When she jumps off of it, she tends to push the bator, which then knocks the eggs against each other pretty roughly. I noticed she was laying on the bator during the last hatch however, I didn't see how roughly she was jumping OFF when she would hear me coming.

So, now that we know that is a problem, we've had her access to the bator blocked off... but that's only been the last 2 days or so... which could account for the previously found cracked egg (#5) from day 3, and tonight's cracked egg.
