forgot to explain the green chili.....
A sauce made from fire roasted green chilies with spices and diced pork served over burritos (called smothered) or over chimmies (a deep fried burrito, I use chicken, rice, tomato, onion, seasoning, and bell peppers)

This is the chilies I use.

There is a recipe on the back but I modified it to suit us better.

There are prepared varieties sold in cans and jars......don't do it......

If you want measurements pm me and when I get a chance I will get it all typed up.

This sounds SO good! I would love the recipe.

I finally got the chicks into the bigger brooder, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be iv'e only got two that squeal like im killing them picking them up.
Everybody seems to be enjoying the extra space, a few really wanted some alone time lol.
Homer, bless her is doing jumbo doughnuts.

We have 3 hatched and 1 that stopped about half way I unzipping 12 or so hours ago. It's alive and resting. Other than that just one more left on the ones that should hatch tomorrow lol. The rest should start Wednesday but might see them start tomorrow if they follow the lead these started.
