The wind has increased from "well crud it's windy" to "HOLY COW! THE TREES ARE GOING TO BREAK!"

Yeah....I am inside. Baking a strawberry cake and not much else.

Making old fashioned chicken and noodles for dinner so have chicken on the stove.

A minor miracle has been bestowed upon me....figs.
I beat the derps, coons, deer, birds and got three for myself!
No bug nibbles even!

Poor toothless, she's a mess lol! ;)

Toothless finished her antibiotics for her lash egg and now someone has round worms. Smh. I guess there's no better time to treat them. There's only 2 laying right now anyway

Jeeze, two parter post sorry I sat down to relax finally and as soon as my butt hit ground hubs got a huge case of the "will you's?"
I swear my entire day is filled with children of another species entirely or ones that weigh 200lbs.
Anyways the chick kids went to bed much easier tonight, they were running wild since about noon so they were tired out.
I had to get a few troublemakers from under the coop always do Sue, Nancy, Apryl are always the cool girls going against me.
And then I had Homer, my potato bug.
She was asleep and do I ever mean asleep.
You guys know how easy chickens wake up right, all jumpy and freaky?
Homer was groggy, fussy, lost in space like a human kid gets.
That was wild, iv'e never seen a bird of any kind do that I literally had to put her to bed.
I do not know how her and adulthood are going to get along, poor baby.
Jerry isn't much better, running and hiding under my arm all the time and there isn't even anything wrong with him.
He has improved his crow, cocka-doo is a tad better than woooo.
And 2nd part of the fig thing!
That bush was about dead when I moved here but a couple of years of derpy doodie did wonders for it.
My dad would be so happy, he was bummed his fig was croaking.:)
