I am running late. Birds are mad. Dogs are madder.
Breakfast for them is still almost an hour out. Yes I am having to cook for the dogs. I need a raise.

My sons dogs due to ANOTHER round of the trots are on a bland diet. He did not prep anything last night so granny is making chicken and rice.....again.

Tip: buy stock in rice.

It is a rough start but hey it's FRIDAY!

The birds have forgiven me. The dogs will just have to get over it.

I do need to go to get fresh veggies from my favorite (extremely close by) store. I know it is still almost a week til Thanksgiving but we are 100% out of anything I didn't grow. The family is getting tired of green beans, corn, bell peppers and onions. I think it is time for a nice salad.

Yeah it is getting really old. I am pretty burned out by the time Friday's get here.

With puppy after puppy after puppy being brought in the house it is perpetual scheduled feedings. My dogs are not into it so I have to "bait" the morning feeding with a bit of chopped boiled chicken and broth. Seriously just 2 Tablespoons each. With 2 now needing a bland diet not enough chicken and no rice were ready to go.

I have the big stock pot cooking chicken now.

Seriously I am going cheap. I am getting the great value Wal-Mart brand.

You need a Sam's Club membership as many as you have to feed and they do shipping now and curbside pickup.
25lbs of rice for under 10 bucks.Rice for daaaays!

FINALLY all doggies are fed.

I do have a costco membership. Hubs wants me to pick up one more light like we put in the kitchen for the laundry room so I will be going next week. Yeah it went on sale AFTER I got 2 for the kitchen. I will add"truck load" of rice to my list.

Whoo, hubs thinks Costco is snooty so you know how that goes, if the he isn't into it then the she likely won't be getting it.
Im lucky to have Sam's club as nutty as that man can be.
I did get some of my bears, nearly choked on the first handful so you know they're good.

Honestly we dropped Sams when nearly everything I wanted to buy or bought regularly became no longer carried.
I don't think Costco is snooty at all. I do find higher quality items than Sams carried.
These lights would have been well over $50 at Home Depot but I paid $25 at Costco. Now they are going on sale for $7 off.

Yes they revealed I need to wash and repaint the kitchen ceiling. Being that they are LED they are shockingly bright at 4am.
