Good Morning Everyone! It is still morning here in AZ! Air BnB people are checking in today, I have been working. Now, my work week is over. X2 on car shopping and insurance adjusters. They hate giving the insured a good price on the totaled car. Used car prices are up now, also due to covid, so get comps of current prices on cars for sale now, not some book price they try on you. I hope my nest box adjustment fixes Amie's fascination with following Jackie into the nest box. She is being quite a pest.

Getting concrete estimates to finish what we started last fall. It will be nice to have more off street parking and a better entry step.

Thanks for the reminder @Parront. I will remind my son too. Those comps can be very important.

If you can show in any way that the car was in above average condition, that helps too. Boys tend to add nice things to their cars!

FOR SURE! He literally just put new tires on in January and had the windows professionally tinted maybe 18 months ago. I think he said he has the paperwork.

Paperwork and photos of said beloved car go a long ways! A popular model? Sporty and desired by other boys? I once sold a nice low mileage Acura for above market due to such factors!

He is super practical and frugal. He commutes so had chosen a Prius.

I wish I could buy a Prius for that! Used car lots price is what you need! We got offered ~$400 for my low mileage 2005 Infinity by a Honda dealer as a trade in, total rip off. The used car business is cut-throat! I wanted to get my friend's 4 year old Prius off-lease, but the dealer wanted $19,000!
