Hello all. The booger let me sleep last night but I was out earlier trying to case some of the chicks back inside the poultry netting and I slipped and fell on my hip. Fortunately I didn't do more than wrench my spine.

I need to go to a chiropractor.

Oh no! Try to get yourself fixed up asap. Pain is no fun!

I'll be alright, but lugging my 32lb booger is a pain (literally).

It isn't about being nervous for me, it is about getting started with a new doctor.

My geography works in my favor, I'm in a hollow, so these storms normally blow around me. I'll likely lose power, but that's generally the worst of it. The storm is moving pretty fast and tracking NW. This is a huge system, it stretches from northern LA to southern NY, so most of the folks on this thread are going to get to enjoy this one.

Yeah my yard is a swamp. And it was full of odd looking feathered drowned swamp rats. ( goofy birds)

Often I like to expand the map while looking at Doppler to get a better picture of how a storm is moving. When I expanded the map this time the thing was huge. I suspect it's two systems one from the NW heading east along the jet stream and the one coming from the SW heading NE.

Pig is the star of my picnic, I roasted one in a pit Hawaiian style, once. YUM!
