I don't feed chicken to chickens... but I do feed chicken to the hogs. Bones break down in compost in about six months.

I don't have anything but dogs and cats to feed the bones too, but they are still so hard as to make me worry about giving the bones to them. If I had pigs, I would gladly feed them the chicken offal and bones.

OH! It gets better! I can only participate in the program if I have 1 male and 1 female of breeding age, which I don’t. This guy thinks I am nuts ( I am sure). Waiting to see what he says!
