I'm not sure if you can tell but it says...just breathe ....,with a semi colon for the j. Are you familiar with the semi colon for mental health? It's in support of those suffering from any sort of mental health issues. In my case it's anxiety and depression. Then I have another one on my other arm. I also have a dragonfly on my ankle and a lotus flower on..........well I won't say where that one is. Lol

Me neither. Headache, hurts to breathe and so sore from the fall a couple of days ago. I believe I am at my limit of pain and sleep meds I can take before it makes me nervous..... so, whazzup!!!!!!!!!!

I think mine is related to menopause. I fall asleep early and then I wake up around 2 and am awake for hours. I get hot and sweaty so I throw off the covers....then I get cold and put them back on......this repeats over and over all night. Damn menopause!

I get this at times as well... I don't think it menopause YET.... and then there are nights when my mind just keeps running so I can't go to sleep.. and then there's the nights I have to stay up, babysitting a drunk friend.... or I can ALSO have an anxiety attack... always a roll of the dice!!
