I have a problem guys I'm not sure but some time today the momma and chicks got into some rat poison that I forgot about in the garage. I don't know for sure if they ate it or not

Did you post this in the emergency page to see if there is anything you can do?

I would think the Little’s would expire quickly if they injested any. I think it would get into their blood stream just from the moisture in their throat and crop.
Activated charcoal is my first thought as well. Even if they didn’t eat any the charcoal won’t hurt them. Might be worth the piece of mind to give them some.

I thought if the chick got some they would be gone already. The poison is three years old or older. I totally forgot about it
