Good morning everyone, thank you for the warm welcome. I wish you the best on leaving your job in my opinion God has a plan. Good luck on your chiropractor appt (back breaking).Hubby's cancer was diagnosed back in April 2016, 1st was misdiagnosed during dental procedure. He has squamous cell carcinoma stage 4. Hopefully this Wednesday will complete his radiation. So today radiation & doctors appointment. Here's the coffee and muffins enjoy.

Yes hopefully he'll pass the swallow test next month. He failed last time, due to the trach. Then once everything is removed, hopefully we can try speech therapy again. Looks like he might have to use a device to aid him.

How's your weather looking this morning?

We are to be near 60 today.

My kennel is finally drying so the puppy will get some good outside time. Once she has run some energy out I will put the big guys out and take the pup for a long walk.
She is growing fast!!

Honey you NEED something new. Being a caregiver is difficult and draining and there's no escaping it.
We'll be your little respite. So glad you found us.

Sounds like he's on the road to recovery.
That diagnosis would have rocked me back on my heels and sent my world spiraling.

It really did for each of us. My world literally crashed, it's hard to describe. The dentist wouldn't listen, after his teeth were extracted. A white film developed, thought it was thrush .So we went back and forth for what the dentist called scapings. I put my foot down, went to doctors & that's how this journey got started.
