Official Squatch Watchers

Finally things are calming down here.
Did the store run. Hate shopping!!!! Got most of what was on the list.
The skipped items were not critical things.

Puppy loves to play. She finally decided to nap......under my rocker. no escaping now.

Ya'll been busy!

Sassy, I think the ostrich is pretty but totally understand f a bit does not fit in you gotta do what you gotta do.
Orps are quite large compared to bantams.
Bitty in my current avatar is just 6" tall. Her best bud was an Orpington. The ORP had a twisted leg but was a great hen. They both went broody at the same time. That ORP was certain she had hatched the bantam. Um no. But it made her a staunch defender of Bitty for years.
I miss my Twinkie girl. Bitty is still with us and lives with 3 giant Cochins, a barnevelder, a leghorn and another bantam.
I have removed BSL from my flock for attitude issues. I totally understand.
I miss my Twinkie girl too! Mine is a female yorkie and my Mom adopted her when we were living at Moms house after Dad died. Mom has dementia, but she is allowed a pet where she stays. Mom calls her Baby and dotes on her. What could i do? So i gave up my dog.

My BIL & SIL did sort of the same with their Mini Schnauzer. They had Grandma doggy sitting for an extended time and then she didn’t want to give him back.
I have a Yorkie that is better suited for being alone. She is such a tater head to the 2 other dogs and it makes me so mad.

Oh this little girl loves everyone. Always got along well with Charlie and the cats. I expect i will get Twinkie back if mom gets too feeble or incoherent.

Mine loves every human. Haha. This is Chloe with our first lab, Maggie. They were the best buds and one day Maggie didn’t come home, she had a stroke. Chloe looked for her every day for weeks.

Yup.

My in-laws don't do steps well and our bedroom/office is on the second floor. My parents and I generally call before coming over to each others houses. It is managable (most of the time) no padded room needed.

I would eventually like to buy the property just down the lane and put my in-laws up in it. My FIL is sensitive to excess noise and we plan to have more than just the one Milk Drinker.
Don't do it

Uhhhh..... Last I looked, the Milk Drinker was on the inside of the playpen......

Heaven help us....

In totally unrelated news, I just bought this.

Incidentally, it is taller than the old playpen and doesn't have those handy X cross-bars for MD to climb up.
Now the fun begins

Hey guys.
I forgot if I told you, but me, my mom, and my 12yo brother all tested positive for flu. My 11yo sis is not feeling so well, but tested negative. Dad and 9yo bro are feeling fine. My mom is on her stomach on the floor right now, because she's pinched a nerve in her back.
Stay back don't come any closer
