The Silkie seems to be okay for now. She has been inside the house and has eaten some. The other day I went to TSC to buy pine flakes and they were out, so I bought the fine shavings instead. They could be what all this breathing is about?? Everyone else roosts except this Silkie and the grey one. All the chickens were piles up in the coop when I got home after lunchtime.

Could be. I bought the fine flake too. They were out of the regular.
It's very fine and in two days they've trampled it to dust practically.
