@MrsMistyReal if I were you, I would be getting DH back to the hospital and rechecked then. I mean, they diagnosed him with a pretty serious disease.... and then LOST THE PAPERWORK?!?!? I definitely would not let this go... just because there isn't a record of it doesn't mean it wasn't diagnosed. Go raise holy hell woman!!!
