That looks tasty, but the roosters I need to cull are too old for fried chicken and there really isn’t such a thing as a good breading recipe for gluten free fried chicken.

My son gets to go meet the breeders and his new puppy tomorrow. They are 5 weeks old now so super cute overload will happen.
He has picked a name for her. She will be called Delilah. I Weill not be allowed to call her DD or Lilah or any other shortening of it lol.

I plan to work on the sofa covers again today. I was feeling poorly and didn't get my goals met.

We are COLD this morning. It says we are 19 but I don't believe it. It feels colder. There is about an inch of new snow on top of ice.

I hope everyone is safe and warm today.
