It’s like that dress color question. Was it black and blue or white and gold? My backyard mix girl lays a pinkish egg. I can only tell by putting it next to a white egg. Sometimes her eggs are more pink then others. My two wheaten Ameraucanas lay two different colors. One is slightly greener. Again I can only tell by putting them side by side.
Mine refuse to use the dust boxes too!
For what it's worth, I saw the dress as white & gold.
Mine toss straw into the dust area I set up. I had my molting puffer dusting in a pile that consisted of dirt, dried poop, & crushed up feed that she unearthed from the piles of straw in the coop. So gross.. but I guess all dirt is worm poop so it's ok.

Her left leg is bent and stiff. The thigh muscle is as big as my fist and rock hard.
I wanted to check out the fluid...it’s honey colored. No smell. Not a lot came out and didn’t seem to make a big difference.Yes, yes they are, but my eye dr reassured me that I *should* never go blind, so there's that.
