I put them in another nest box to get a picture. Panther was not happy. I took her out and cut her toenails. Even less happy. Cleaned her ears, well you get the idea. She is just full of milk. Babies! Now i will be forced to pick them up every day. Hee hee They have their eyes open too!

I can't tell you how empty life has been since she passed. She always knew when I needed extra love and comfort.

To say I know what you feel wouldn't be accurate. To say I understand the bond and the holes that are left would be.
There are not enough hugs on the planet.

Sounds like she didn't have much human socialization. But you will fix that!

Actually all the other puppies were still on the property. Not one other was shy. They came a rollin up all round and playful. I think its just her personality. The people were nice, the 8 adult dogs were all friendly, the kennels were all tidy too.
I really do think they spent time with each dog.

Just going to take it slow for her. No forced interactions, no forced anythings really.

Remember my son was last on the list so he got the one no one wanted. Well he wanted her very much. She will not ever suffer for want of anything with him looking after her.

Good morning! Actually up early enough to watch a couple of episodes of Law & Order before it's time to get to work. MUST plant strawberries today.... and work on the 2 CP Coops. I really REALLY hope to get those 2 things done. Since I got the *new* car, I am giving DH a reprieve on getting my ZombieMobile operational... but it still NEEDS to be done, as it will now be the *farm* car... the things we use to pick up hay and lumber and stuff. I'm gonna save my pretty ICE BLUE car for trips to town

The *new*car is a 2008 Kia Sorrento. *I* wanted a Trailblazer but noooooooooo... our perfect little Suzi said get the Kia.

@staceyj PLEASE check in with us hunnies and let us know how the DHs stress test went!

Kia is a good car I would pick it over a Trail Blazer

Although, I could sell a cockerel if I make the drive, maybe when I get a break in the action for a few hours.

I have to share this funny but true story.

So ya'll know my hubs drives a tow truck.....

They got a call from AAA......for a group of people locked IN their 2004 impala.
Yes in the car.
What!?!?!??? How???? Is that even possible????

Every car I have ever been in had at least 2 doors.......and manual locks available in case they are needed.

how the tater do you and others get locked IN the tatering car?????

Wtf maybe the needed a tow truck to pull their heads out of their asses
