Hi kids! Yes, I'm back... 2 days in a row whoot whoot!!!

Sorry boucha Hubby Henny.... I know when I had my teeth pulled I didn't eat for like 5 days... felt all skinny and taters afterwards too.. :lau

I think that's awesome. Me and STDH were JUST talking about what we each say when we talk to the chickies and ducks. It's hilarious, so no worries that we'd find you any weirder than usual... :gig

Such pretty pretty princess and little prince!

OMG what was that baby poop stuff again?!? I told DH we're gonna go back to Cinci like on a field trip or something and JUST eat at Sake Bomb and Elephant Walk!!!

Blueprints??????

Post blueprints over there!!!!

Thanks for the sympathies for my hungry hubby.

It is going to be a few weeks of mushy food for someone who LOVES crunchy and chewy stuff.

Seriously....if anyone has nutritious suggestions for mushy foods I could use them.

Really! I really could use help in that department.

Smoothies with peanut butter in them helped me when I got a bunch of orthodontic work done and couldn't eat.

Oh! Good idea!
I did get creamy peanut butter recently so we have that on hand. Also looking at bananas on the counter.
What fruits did you use in them?

Mashed taters.

Creamed spinach.

Boiled chicken (it gets really soft).

Definitely smoothies. Get some nanners. Wait until they are brown!! Open and chunk them and freeze them. Put about 1/2 a nanners worth of chunks into a blender with whatever fruit your hubs likes (we use mango and blueberries and strawberries and such), top with about 1/2 to 1 cup of your milk of choice. Blend and eat! Add in a scoop of protein powder to help boost the protein level.

SOUPS! Can't go wrong with soups.

Applesauce. They have MANY flavors.

Egg or tuna salad, minus the crunchy celery.

Tofu (thinking like a vegetarian)

PUDDING

Oatmeal. Grits. Cream of rice or cream of wheat.

Nut butter and jelly sammiches.

I think the food options are covered but wanted share anyway.

My Dad had jaw surgery as a bachelor and lived on milkshakes.
After my parents were married his jaw was broken and again wired shut. So my Mom being a wonderful wife put everything in the blender. EVERYTHING! A favorite was spaghetti and meatballs. :sick She couldn’t watch him slurp down his dinner it was so gross.
