Poor PIC woke up in tears around 2AM... had a bad dream. So, now I am up guarding over him, as he woke up with a 102 fever. Yeesh. And THIS is the weekend day we are supposed to be sleeping in!!!

Well, 3:30AM is the perfect time to peruse the interwebz for recipes, since there's less people online to cause it to slow down, right?!? :lau anyone else remember thinking that?

Yeah, waking up this early gives me a case of the stoopids.... I'm so goofy

For my frands, Sammie and PBM... the more recipes I look at, the more true this is becoming....

This is how I feel about most gluten free things..... EXCEPT brownies. Done right, gluten free brownies are better than glutenous ones because the gluten actually gets in the way of making perfect fudgy brownies.

Got a recipe to share? I, too, am gluten free.... no, I am not celiac or anything like that... but I tend to really REALLY bloat up BAD (and I mean painfully bad) when I eat gluten...

Morning all :frow

Smuvs, sorry pic had a bad dream:hugs

sam, the babies are really cute

Rae, they are definitely a good starter breed. The most important lesson I learned is to put hot wires inside the fence... And use aluminum or steel... I can't imagine trying to get a 600 pound hog back inside the fence after an escape. Their nose is a plow and they can get it up under the fence and raise the fence or gate to escape. Also, just like your birds spend time with them... They are especially fond of belly rubs.

@21hens-incharge old fashioned tuna casserole, comes to mind. boil pasta and drain, add tuna, cream of mushroom soup and cooked peas. Another good one is baby food, but don't tell him it's baby food. Roast a couple bananas in their husks along with some carrots and either blue berries or raspberries. Put a hand full of spinach and the roasted stuff (make sure to include the juice) in the blender or food processor with some vanilla yogurt. You can add protein powder too if you like. It tastes amazing. I need to remember where my tyler florence book is, as it's all about making home made baby food from our dinner.... Here's an interesting link... http://www.health4mom.org/cooking-with-chef-tyler-florence
