Unrelated, Hobo squatted for ME today and now i'm scared.

Ugh, been there, done that. We remodeled the kitchen in my Moms place while we lived with her. And ripped out the carpet, put in wood floors in the living room and travertine in the kitchen and bedrooms. New cabinets, new tile. It looked great when it was done, but we had to endure quite a mess. They never replaced much of anything but the windows and the ac since 1992!

I find that stretchy clothes make me feel energetic, but i only wear them at home.

That is like 90% of us that wear them Sammy, they are way to comfy to even halfway care though.
