Sometimes I think one of the chicks is sick when a cockerel crows for the first time! It is very surprisingI finally found the pathetic sounding cockerel (coka EEEEEeeeee). I was convinced he was a pullet at POL. Teeny, tiny bright red rose comb, teeny, tiny bright red waddles and a straight tail. He stood in front of me today, flapped his wings and did his very best to belt it out, but I think he came up short on some of the eeees. He hasn't found his doodle yet.

Ok, my memory isn't as good as it used to be... Was it FNF that was using pine pellets to clean up extra moisture in the run? And who ever it was can you point me to the posts? And finally is it ok to invite someone outside the thread to read it?

It was FNFI don't remember who is using the pine pellets either....
