Official Squatch Watchers

Ok, this person is hatching chicks. I had no idea there was this "fun and funky" thing!
I'm tempted to sell hatching eggs and just label them "mixed derps" or "assorted heathens".:lau
I had 4 more hatch last night and one of them is pipped. These are the 'fun and funky' eggs from MyPetChicken! I can't wait to see what they look like. She mixes odd breeds to create unique chickens that are a surprise.

Oh goody. Hubby's new phone is here, charged, and functional........ The next 2 hours will be listening to him choose new ring tones for everyone in his rather large contact list.:(

I think I will close the girls in and do dishes.......all while dreaming of someday having a little Rene of my very own.

:love

We went through that very scenario not long ago.
Not two hours. It was an entire weekend.
Ending with him choosing all the same sounds. None of which actually capture his attention, mind you, usually I have to say “Your phone just beeped.”
To which he replies:
“Did it!?! I didn’t even hear it!”

@Molpet If you can, go to his church, or get with some other people in your area, and try to arrange for people to take turns helping him out. Maybe some could help by fixing meals, others could help with cleaning, some just to keep him company and just check on him, and you work on making sure the bills are paid. If it's done right, each person would only be donating maybe 2 or 3 hours a week. He doesn't need someone full time, just a few hours a day to help him out.

I think maybe his son needs to get moving and arrange this stuff for the old guy.
