Official Squatch Watchers

Today I was so frustrated with pop ups on this site.
Did you guys experience it?
I did all the normal things and also reported it.

On the flip side the weather was GREAT, and it made me go outside for most of the day.

I got a good start on planting my garden!

Other than the fact that now I can barely move I’m so stiff, I feel really good about this!

In case you’re wondering, cooper only lasted out there in 10 minutes chunks.

Let’s just say we difeered in opinions of what went where. I hope you all had a good day. I’ll catch up tonight before bed, pop-ups permitting.
I have premium feather so do not see pupups.

Pop up blockers can help but sometimes make the site work oddly

I guess I never posted this from 4 hours ago???
My littlest B. Cochin is the one everyone seems to pick on. I thought it was because she was the only true Bantam. I actually got her as a friend for my half Bantam who was a surprise. (They are not friends. LOL) Now I have more B Cochins and another half Bantam but nope. She is still a loner. She actually never leaves the coop. Everyone else does.
That makes me sad.

That owner started texting me again this morning! I quickly piped him down buy letting him know I was only asking for transparency so I could better treat the hen. Oh my gosh, he is long winded! He either doesn’t have a smart phone for texting, doesn’t proof read or just cannot spell or type. He did offer to give me 3 chicks, but since it seems he cannot sex the chicks, no thanks.

Latest poop picture!!
I took her to the garage and she pooped, then went to hide :( Vet is already closed, but I have it ready to go in the morning.

I did start it after that poop.

I got some Feather Fixer today, but I don’t think she likes it.
She likes yogurt and i want to get some food in her belly. Something easy. I read on a post from years ago, someone recommended buttermilk and rice. Thoughts??????

I’m sorry if you’ve already tried it, I can’t remwmber.

I know you’re taking her poop to the vet tomorrow but coccidia oocytes multiplies so fast, and can send a bird right downhill even though she’s not a baby.
Plus it’s one of those “can’t hurt, treatments.”

If you scoop that up with something that’s got a straight edge, they could do a direct smear on a slide tomorrow and see if there’s any in there and do a flotation with the rest of it to look for all the other kinds of parasites.
