All my littles are tucked in.
Miss May....:rolleyes:....she is in the nest box tonight.
She growled at me but not like my other broody butts have in the past. :hmm
I am on the fence whether or not she is playing broody or sick.
I am going to refuse to worry. I will offer fish tomorrow.

Tomorrow is her last dose of Safeguard and Corid. The Flagyl should arrive tomorrow.
Anyone got any input? @casportpony ?

And when does everyone anticipate she will start eating feed? She ate 2 eggs today and I tube fed her twice.

I am still mad at the guy that sold you a sick hen.

I know you have likely posted what brands of feed you have offered her.......can you post them again cause a hundred posts or more are a lot to re-read.

@Sassysouth, what if you cut out the buttermilk?
Are you still giving her it?
Maybe it’s having a kumbucha effect on her bowels? Too many probiotics.

No more buttermilk. I only offered feed and scrambled egg today.

I went back through the texts to find what feed the guy used. I noticed he sent me this text after I had already got home with Henrietta

I am wondering if she would eat chick starter or even all flock.
Mine disliked feather fixer but are willing to dive in on chick feed.

I feel so bad for her. Being so sick has to be miserable.

Maybe try canned cat food mixed with some crumble.......

I did try Chick Starter, forgot about that. She wouldn’t touch it either. I can try again tomorrow. What is Rothschild Crumble?
