I have quail hatching and need to get the quail water bottom for my water fountain.

I so not want the little things drowning.

I have more than 10 hatched out of 33 in lockdown. I may have too many quail now
 
I have a jar feeder but without the jar "they turn it over", she went in the top and tried to come out a feeder hole.
No waterer incidents yet.:fl

They can get into trouble!

I have one of the trader joes hens that has been getting over the fence in the morning. She then goes nuts trying to get back in to lay her egg.

They are very silly!
 
Poor Thing 1 just learned the hard way why we didn’t want him going after the buzz-buzz’s (wasps) that we get in our room from time to time. I heard him do his manic giggle (the one where he is having fun doing something he knows he should do) I looked up and saw him smack at something and say “ouch” and start rubbing the hand he was just smacking with. He seemed fine initially but got crazy fussy after a few minutes. He got stung on the side of his ring finger. We’re going to have to keep an eye on the sting because I’m allergic to wasps and swell up like a ballon. Hopefully he takes after DH and only gets a small swelling.

I don't think she was in major distress but she was stuck pretty good lol!
The other ones were just eating around her, first time for that.

She flops around on the sofa barking, whining, baying and being very silly.
Hubby is late. She got tired of watching out the window so went into fit mode.

My hubs is allergic to them too.
I keep benadryl on hand for it.
Can T1 handle a benadryl?
It doesn't completely fix hubs but it keeps him out of the ER.
