Here is a before and after of Henrietta. I have not weighed her, but anxiety level is down to 95%.

Mmmmmmm carrot cake. I feel I need to make one.

X2 but then grating carrots while all we have in the house are mini ones.

So end result of the meeting at hubby's work....
They all gathered in a meeting, each said their piece. None lost their jobs or got put on probation. They both believe they can still work together.
The owner told them both they need to do better on the job.

Basically all remains the same.........

Get a food processor with a grating disk woman, hand graters are for the birds!
Lesson for today, don't touch stuff if you don't know what it is.
I touched a pile of "stuff" this morning just because it kind of looked like spray foam.

Harassment is something that needs to be taken seriously but is in the eye of the harassed. What might have me clutching my pearls and crying foul may not bother someone else.

That's what makes it even harder.

I had one.....until someone tried to slice very hard cheese with the cheese slicing thingy. It broke a very important alignment point.
I didn't use it enough to justify getting a new one.
Next up for repair is my range. The infinity switches for my large burners are malfunctioning.
Parts arrive Friday for that.

Very true. We are each unique and perceive things differently based on our experiences.

I am not saying he is right or she is right at this point. Mostly if it is not so bad that they cannot continue to work together than perhaps it could have been handled with far less drama.

When it comes to harassment it all depends on the mindset of the complainer. A long long time ago when I was in officer training school one of my friends forgot to bring something (don't remember what) to class. Girl in the class had an extra what ever it was and gave it to him. His response "you're a real life saver" She filed a harassment complaint against him because lifesavers have holes. I get she was offended but who's mind was in the gutter?
