I would not be surprised! Never trust a bird, they are still wild inside their bird brains! I love my Grey Dylan, but even she does not sit on my shoulder and she is a 25 year old adult, not a chick

Got my girls home. They are sleeping.....in dad's t-shirts.

Yes I have cones for them.

Side note.....with time to kill while we were up North we did some shopping. I found low carb pita pockets.

I don't know what that bird's problem is. I get every size and shell quality out of her. Her nose hole is a lie on one side and she literally has double bumbles. She belongs here.

I call it rocket fuel for a reason. Friend that makes it did a demo with the pre-proplis alcohol. It burns clear. You see no fire but can feel heat.
If I want to water it down a bit I'll wet a q-tip then put a few drops on it, then rub on wound.
I used it straight in my nose once. Had some sort of abscess open thing in there and remembered a horror story of someone getting staph in their nose. Wow my did my eyes water! But I didn't get an infection in my nose.

I did some dancing, head patting and a song composed completely out of profanity.
Thats how I know its working.

My poor girls are still very much out of it.

Tilly was awake enough to go out to piddle then back down.

Sable is NOT waking up much at all.
She sat up, glared at me, turned around and back down.

I know it takes time.....a lot of time apparently.

She's a cold weather dog with more "padding" the more padded the pooch the longer the stupor.

My poor girls are still very much out of it.

Tilly was awake enough to go out to piddle then back down.

Sable is NOT waking up much at all.
She sat up, glared at me, turned around and back down.

It is Sable....our smallest dog. She is doing a bit better. Her bladder made her get up long enough to pee finally.
Yes just a few minutes ago.

Tilly was 68# and Sable was 56# so she is my tiny doggie.

She got on the footstool to lay down. (It is gigantic at 2'x3&1/2'.)

It is her favorite spot to lay.

I did manage to get their pain meds in them both too.
