Ok I have had coffee, fed birds, and given treats to birds and dogs. I think finally I am awake.

Well carp! The cat!! I need to feed the cat!

Ok! Cat is fed. No worries if I am not in there with food by 9am she yells at me.

My ducks have gone into hiding.

Little Dot has bed head this morning.
Those funky feathers that randomly stick out at odd angles are all over her fuzzy head.

I love that awkward teenage stage.

Well getting that betta fish is proving to be a really stupid process. It has been over two weeks, iv'e messaged the seller three times and not a peep back so I sent one final one saying just cancel the dang thing.
Having the neighbor pick up a random soul locally, so today one fish somewhere will win the fish lottery.
It is all the same to me, i'm just sick of still wanting to feed a fish that isn't there. After so many years, the habit just stuck and to say not doing it is bothering me is an understatement.

Paired with her tragic derpformity, i'm thinking she's going to be a real fun time for you.
You know when the toes don't want any part of it look out!

So far they get lost and scream, get separated from Bitty and scream, get to close to Peanut and scream, get hungry and scream, see a bunny and scream, get touched and scream, forget what they were doing and scream. It is actually pretty hysterical.

Turns out the quackers spent the night in my flower bed. I don't mind at all. I like having them here.

I have so much to do in the yard.

I think I will try to get SOME done this morning. Gotta still keep a very close eye on the puppies though.

Hi all! Will summer ever slow down??? I wanted to share a couple pictures. Henrietta started laying earlier in the week (brown egg) and I noticed today how pretty she looks. I notice she still has loose poops on the poop board, maybe that is her normal???

I have 4 (FOUR!!!!) broody hens! Look at these 3 dumb-dumbs in this box. Notice the black Silkie on the bottom. I put them on ice packs last night and 3 are still broody today!
