I KNOW!!! He is blaming the inspectors now, saying that they did not have permission to turn on the water!:lau They are inspecting! Water pipes are in the building, which we are making an offer to buy. They need to work. WTF!:rant

Can I get a pic of the shed. I tend to agree with 21 on the saw but I have an awesome plunge saw for such tasks. And then there's always the metal grinder.

You have a seller like my buyer. He bought a foodie house and tore out all the garden beds, planted grass and watered 24/7. He also didn't like the basement fan vent that self closed, so he removed it. And then wanted to complain about water coming in the house. Plumber tried to explain to him that you can't leave an open 4" hole in the wall and not expect to get water in. Didn't work... Waited sixty days and then just said take me to court.

And karma is a wonderful thing. My trusted Oak, after all his watering fell on the house.
 
This is a drawing of this building and the lot. it is the one labeled storage with the 8' arm projecting. This is not to scale, it is far from the house. The rest of the building is a nice work shop with a wood stove for heat and it has power.

RJ is right about the angle grinder as a good option.

Either way I recommend good ear protection.

Your oak did not want to live without you. New silly owner gets what he asks for. Our old house had a 30 year-old pink grape fruit tree with the best fruit that I had babied. Buyer cut it down.

Not even an issue. You should see the gunshot grade ear muffs we have! Photos and an estimate from my favorite handyman soon, it is a cool old place once we get done with this pissing match. GUYS! That seller thinks we have our heart set on his place, maybe he is right. :mad:
