That could be you new job! That is what we are planning to do with the "Historic Bunkhouse" on the place we are buying. Going out there in a couple of hours for another look at the ceiling where a water leak happened during the inspection! The seller repaired the leaking pipe, but is now balking at the ceiling ruined by water while we watched! WTF???? HE forgot to turn off the water and drain system last winter when we had 17" of snow and record cold. Repair on HIM!

Thats the plan. We were able to buy it on a short sale. We didn't really want the house. We wanted the land and the 2 car garage, but the bank wouldn't split it so we needed to buy all of it. The house has fairly new windows and is structurally sound but needs LOTS of clean up and cosmetic work. I ran a B&B years ago for friends of my parents and always said one day I would have my own.

I bet you did have some squealing going on. WTF is Peanut's issue i'm sure she isn't missing out on anything.
Ethel and Dutch the SS and dom from last year are my terrors.
They only bother the kids if i'm messing with them.
A couple of the demi derp children are almost their size, Dick is their size so the jealous baby biting has a limited lifespan thank goodness.:th

I stepped in and pulled Peanut from the coop for a time out in the broody breaker.

I don't know....... She is a BIG blue cochin though. She could do some serious damage.

This week all the critters are just ticking me off in one way or another.

Sable has been a grumpy snarky tater since her spay. I think I am on my last nerve.

I feel you, sitting peacefully snuggling the ones that will have me then having Ethel shoot in and grab a wing tatered me off pretty quick.
Both those girls are still very clingy, jump on my shoulders every morning clingy at the same time too nerds are even jealous of each other.:rolleyes:

I am DEFINITELY in need of several gaskets.

I just called the police on creepy neighbor.

I stepped out front to water my tiny clearance plants and he started his carp. This time yelling carp from inside his house. The only way he would have known I was outside is if he is watching my house. I am beyond sick of his carp.
