I went to a swap today, sold a bunch of chickens and 2 turkeys. I was pleased.

Looks like I am first one up.

My dogs all went back to bed. That must mean it is rather early.
I think coffee is in order before getting rolling on the long list of to do things.

It is nice when the house is so quiet.

Good morning everyone. Pup has a habit of washing my face for me, making sure I have no sleepy dust in my eyes. She would clean my nose too if I let her! What a silly girl.

Good morning! Got everybody fed and ready for the day....well except myself i'm never ready lol!
Marlene is acting weird, she fell off the roost right before I closed up last night and she's scared of her own shadow this morning.
I'm guessing she'll reboot? There really is no telling with her.
Henny, congrats on getting your lawn mowed!

We must have had some good wind last night. A big branch came down in the front yard. That is a chain saw job to get it cut up.
I will have to move a bunch of material in the shop to reach THAT.
It isn't an every day tool so I put it up high lol.

I did get 2 small base cabinets with good drawers for the sewing room redo. They need some work....of course.

So for the ignorant city guy, what's the difference between a lawn tractor and a riding mower?

You deserved a lawn mowing and a ton more, baby steps with husbands though. The beeping lol! Not all of them beep, a good chunk of them do though lol. Tucks,Lulu and Rene never beeped but these kids do except the boy he never did .

Tractor is bigger, with a higher hp engine and is made to take attachments plows, buckets etc.
Mower is just a mower. If you did go just a mower you'd need a floating deck not a fixed deck because you have some hills.

@rjohns39 if you've already got a gator you could use a tow behind mower.
I think they make a plow for those suckers too.
