I still need to get all the feed brought in and out away.

Iv'e done nothing all day lol! Glad you got your errands done though.
Friday is normally a total loss because i'm dreading Saturday and Sunday.

Glitter I hate glitter. Around here if someone has glitter on their face or lashes, etc. we all commiserate about getting it from the greeting card displays in the store. Glitter can stay with you for hours and show up in the darndest places.

My glitter is contained in a watery prison Diva lol!
I just needed a bouncy phone case, plastic is just too delicate for my phone so I get rubber ones.
This one just happens to double as a chicken toy.

Iv'e got a cheapo phone so stuff isn't crazy expensive anyway but 1.25 is a deal.
I bought 3 so i'd have replacements.

I keep losing Rene, she and her kids are the absolute same from a distance.
I can only tell her apart because of her dirty beard.
The cleanliness of the generations are worlds apart, kids are pristine but Naynay is a dirty girl.
I bathe her and by the end of the day it is like I never did it.
Maybe she'll be cleaner in the winter.

O.k mine are making the turn where i'm less to be feared and more to be toyed with.
Was getting them rounded up to eat dinner, everybody but Kim went inside so I go to shoo her.
Rotten child did that side to side jumping stuff dogs do and hid behind a tree about as thick as a magic marker.
She wasn't running, she was playing with me! I just picked her up, she screamed of course.
So much of the psycho midget in Kim.
The bad thing is she'll open the floodgates for the rest.

Union negotiations started this week and the union rep asked if he could share my email where I go off about having to buy groceries w/ a credit card b/c I can't afford food working here. Oddly no one in management has spoken to me since. Today is the last day of the scheduled negotiations for now. The director spent most of the day yesterday in his office w/ his door closed. The union rep, after I went off on him (sorry, not sorry), said they were asking for a $15 starting pay for our step 1, then it goes up from there. We only have 3 steps. I'm a step 2 right now, but I've been here for 20 years so I'm 1/2 way up the pay scale as it is. It doesn't make sense to anyone that there's only 3 steps. One library I was looking for a job at has their sys admin starting at a step 14 at about $23/ hr. I'm guessing they figured unskilled work was a step one: circ clerk, delivery drive & previously IT; step 2 is circ coordinators, drivers who needed a cdl, and currently IT; step 3 is degree work, reference and ys librarians, tech serv.
While I don't have a degree I think IT should be at the same level as degree work since I freaking do everything (or at least I would if my boss would do her job).

Or they should have one or two levels below where they start degreed workers and let them work their way up. That is what my SIL’s job did. They just changed their rules before she was hired because they were having a hard time getting degreed workers in the middle of WV. Imagine that! They require workers without a bachelors degree to work an extra year on probation (normal is 3 months for training) and they start at I think $1.50 less an hour but can get to the degreed worker’s starting pay within 2-3 years.

Glitter is the STD of art supplies it befouls anything that touches it and it is impossible to clean up entirely.
