@21hens-incharge Instead of making salsa, fix up and freeze a chili base, then all you need is liquid, other veggies and meat, if you choose. So your tomatoes, chilis and onions, cook it down, add any other tomato puree/paste needed and freeze.

We are only going to hit the low 80's today but near 100 tomorrow then a whopping mid 70's Tuesday!

I just looked and it wont get back into the 80's until Wensday here.
Wow, that is not normal at all.
I was a little chilly, I went out dressed for low 80's mid 90's lol!
I pay NO attention to news or weather normally, maybe I should at least start checking the forecast.

We were at mid 70s most of the day with some sprinkles. We have been having mid 90s every day. Leaves are drying up and falling off the trees, it has been so dry.

I had a terrific day at the swap ! Sold a bunch of critters and bought a bunch. But I still made money.

72.5F here gorgeous day ( what's left of it - I just woke up ) Sleep issues are really messing with my life.

Didn't feel good on grocery shopping day so cancelled . So no groceries.

Yesterday for lunch/supper/whatever I could only make shredded hash brown potatoes thanks to Ore- Ida and I had one empty cake ice cream cone(not a great sugar cone .. Then I found 6 sugar packets(from restaurants) and had that for dessert.Out of milk and bread too.

Mostly typical for my meals. I either buy too many things that are very perishable and end up eating them one after another. Or I forget to buy anything-no ice cream on sale.

I'm debating whether I should repeat (minus the cone).
