Good morning! I can tell it is almost time to mow again the yard is bee city!
Welcome back Bob.:)

Almost Henny, Apryl lost a bird and Anansi's daughter lost the rat.
Good to have you back Bob.

As usual it has been an active time here.

There have been some bird losses and pet rats that passed. :(
I lost my light brahma, Nunny lost a deathlayer, Apryl's daughters pet rats passed away on the same day.
That is the sad stuff.

Happy stuff....
Chicky's hubby is finally willing to sell the other property.
Our new bloodhound puppy is growing well and will come home in October.

I know there is a lot more that has happened...It is early though and I am still on my first cup of coffee.

We sure need it.

Tilly has a new food dish...It is anti-tip. :lau
So far frustration but no tipping.
:yesss:

I heard that about 65% of them with a spot on their heads are males. I bought 6 " pullets" at TSC, but they are looking male to me.:rant

Illregular headspot boy, round headspot girl is what I heard
I heard small head spot pullet, large cockerel. It’s caused by the double barring.

However with hatchery barred rocks, they aren’t bred to be sexable by this trait.

Lol, they're fine with the weirdest stuff.
I popped some muscadines for these and things were good until one shot completely out and smacked Kiwi in the face.
It just went down hill from there, they thought it was safer to steal pre popped grapes from the molting gang than risk getting squirted.
The most exciting part of my day was giving watermelon to the Derps. :hmm
Little weirdos didn't freak out at all.
