Morning Bob. :frow

All my birds are fed and tended. I cleared the snow so they can get to their dry space in the run.

Little Crooky is looking better than she has in months! She is FINALLY getting covered in feathers. I hope she never goes naked again. :th

Tilly....demmit girl just freaking EAT!
Chicken and rice for her again.
She gets empty belly barfy. :sick
She puked this morning at 4am.

I had been free feeding my dogs but cannot with a little River around. Tilly does not take well to scheduled meals apparently.

Hopefully Tilly will enjoy her chicken and rice.

I called the vet. Tilly goes in at 12:30.

They don't think it's bloat because she puked BEFORE food but it is odd behavior.

She is FINALLY laying down and in a normal position.

I did poke around on her abdominal area and she doesn't act painful nor do I feel anything odd.

Hubs will be here to watch the others while I take her in.

:fl That it is nothing to worry about.

I'm late, decent reason a big limb fell during the night like big enough to hear inside the house.
It missed the small part of the coop by two feet max, and of course freak outs were had all around including myself.
I stayed out with the kids until they semi calmed down and at first light kicked hubs in the butt until the attempted murder tree got gone.
After that I cleaned the coop and put down fresh hay, tried to do as much as possible temps in the 20's with real feels in the teens are coming tomorrow night and rain during the day...yay I flippin love fall/winter.
Everyone has been soooooooo quiet in here.:caf

Yup up even earlier. :hmm

We are at 18° with a feels like 4.

That is a dayum good reason to be late! Holy tatering cow!
:woot No injuries!!

Tilly will be ok. It is empty tummy syndrome along with that she produced excess acid.
Meds are purchased and will be given....once she feels a bit better after the car puke.
She does have a minor ear infection too. I suspected as much so had them check.

I have a stew hen in the pot for her. No it is not a recent hen.

Tilly and the rest of my monsters will be getting fed 4 times a day reduced amounts to help prevent empty tummy issues.
