:caf Too dark here to do stuff yet. Rain last night! Yeah! But it sagged the electric netting and the arc is pretty visible. Hope it is OK! Just the spark ought to scare the predators.

No, 2 vents not normal. The one with the arrow does look like a normal vent, maybe the large red mass is an infection or an abscess? That can rupture, I have not seen that on a bird, though.

I don't use anything on their backdoor I would not use on mine.
Coconut oil will absorb too quickly and petroleum jelly isn't ideal for mucus membranes.
KY, astroglide or generic personal lubricant is best.
I saw your photos and that looks like a mild prolapse, which could be caused from egg binding or even constipation.
Prep H is good for the swelling in those cases.
Poor little bird butt.

Im on time once again, im starting to worry about myself lol!
Negan once again has lost a spur casing somewhere, im pretty sure it is the same one he lost last time.
Weird thing is there isn't one speck of gore.
I didn't oil them or anything to soften them for trimming either.
I don't know why im surprised lol.:)
