Good morning everyone. :frow
I hope everyone gets to have a really good day.

Still very much dark here. I look forward to seeing if the deicer did its job. We tied everything so nothing is anywhere near duck splash zone. Once I pull the deicer out of the pool they won't have anything in the way for swimming.

He seems to think since I can hear and talk back that im in control....im so not.
Good autopilot is what iv'e got, freaky good.
The sleep issues are worse if im stressed or sick so iv'e been pretty active this past week .
I have my own room so im not too much of a nuisance, for a while I wanted to ninja kick hubs and was pretty successful.
Ninjas get their own room.
He got a little this last time too, didn't mean to and wouldn't have if he'd kept his butt out of here.
He picked up a fully known bad thing for no reason and it started kicking.
He'd already talked to me a few times, which only janks up my sleep worse.
I get he's never delt with this or anyone with it but i don't get how his learning curve is so flippin huge.
Eats him up he can't control anything going on, im completely untouchable.
Im not a fan of it, im out of my own control too a point he just refuses to see.

Whereas I’ve never done that, I too, get blamed for lots of things I do when Im asleep.
I love the ninja kick 🤣🤣.
I am sorry though for the stress it clearly causes ☹️☹️
Why on earth would he pick you up? (Rhetorical).
I wonder if a really book on your condition were laying around, would he even read it? Just anything that helps explain it. Good thing you don't have Tourettes, really.

Since you have your own room, could you lock your door? For safety’s sake? Both of your’s safety.

It isn't frozen out there, what a nice surprise.:)

It is called parasomnia, iv'e had it forever so it isn't a big deal to me.
He knows about it, no books had to go the television show route with him.
Even my parents tried to help give him some pointers to get through the episodes.
I have no idea why he picks me up, he does it often it is actually pretty dangerous for us both.
Locks, lol yep iv'e got those but he would freak if I locked the door.
This last time I locked the bathroom, made a laundry pile and slept in the pile "clean load" thank goodness!
That man nearly had a fit, he's never been locked out he didn't like it
