Good morning! Overslept a smidgen but nobody seems to have noticed woo hoo!
It was bound to happen, didn't have to cook had pizza instead and it started raining,so temps cooled nicely.
I'd be worried if I didn't oversleep lol.
Had a weird power surge the only thing hit was hubs bitcoin miner, I've told him that thing is a hazard too many times.
I think it needs a home outside in the shed or it might have an accident it won't recover from.;)




I'm so relieved I'm not alone in the time warp!



Glad it.finally settled down Mol.
I get that just eat everybody feeling ALOT in the summer.
Birds are not suns out buns out in the least.:)

Ha I'm a psychic or my in-laws are chiweenie meanies.
I nicely asked for their pup not to be a guest, she's old and freaks out here because they don't watch her and she gets derped.
No kennel or lead ever comes with the old gal who is toothless btw so no worries on my end.
They're bringing her surprise, surprise.
But little do they know I've set up a playpen in advance.
Anybody want the lottery numbers, I'm hot today!:D

But someone in another thread just lost their cat to bobcat fever. Ive never heard of it before but my cat is definitely not going outside again if at all possible. Its transmitted through the lone star tick and extremely fatal.
 
I've never heard of it before either, but for the longest time I thought cat scratch fever was just a Ted Nugent song and not an actual thing.
Bobcat fever sounds nearly as bad, keep kitty inside.

Omg y'all it begins, why oh why don't I run for the hills?
They're stuck in N.C, flat tires not a typo kids plural tires as in all of them and ten whole dollars between four adults so no paid assistance is coming anytime soon.
Hubs has gone to fetch in our only road worthy vehicle which is a pickup truck.
I really hope they like wind because chiweenie rides shotgun and we don't have a camper shell anymore.:lau

Was 39 this morning, but sunny 😎

Last night a pair of turkeys that have the oldest 2 poults went into the main coop and had a couple days old poult with them. They decided to roost and one poult could make it up to the roost. The other 2 were crying for mama a half hour before I grabbed the itsy bitsy. I took it to some hens under the truck cap with some the same size. They still stayed on the roost so I grabbed their poult. Then they came down, I let the poult loose and 10 minutes later they went back up. So I grabbed the poult again and the other and took them to the coop they had been in. There's a chicken with a chick that the poults sometimes go under, and a lower roost the turkeys had been using. The turkeys followed, used the lower roost and life is good.... I was about wishing they all would get eaten.lol
