Official Squatch Watchers

Well at least it isn't just me.
I was kinda starting to wonder lol! :D
Good Morning! We are supposed to get some rain today, too. Of course, I watered yesterday, you can't trust an AZ weather forecast for rain until you see the rain on your garden. We have even had rain evaporate before reaching the ground and wetting a single plant.
I have also had some guys come and quote me a rate for some work and never show. :idunno

Most of the time here the guys never even show to do the quote. The $$$ is printed on both sides so I don't get it.

I am a thousand times :barnie.

The neighbor having the fence pressure washed and stained had said the workers would be putting "a board or something" on my side to control the spray/overspray. So far I have seen ZERO effort to control the spray.

My poor garden and all my burbs have to 100% rely on our plastic sheets. The front flower bed took the full hit of whatever they are currently spraying.

This evening I am going to pull out all my tarps and tarp Bitty's house and the west side of my big run and coop.

On a better note.... The tree guys are done and the 2 ash trees show zero signs of the Emerald ash borer. Everything looks like it's going to make it!

Exactly. It's also a big reason I despise living in town. Neighbors ain't got no respect or consideration.

Seriously considering obtaining my legal to have in town rooster.:lau

Hey even in the sticks you aren't safe it is just more spread out so distanced disrespect.
Can't tell you the times I've made the no no noise I normally reserve for critters at the neighbor's Orkin man.
He loves it. :lau

I guess you could send them a bill if your flowers die. Does not make up for that kind of disrespect! They will spray what ever they want and then just shrug when there are consequences.:rant

It is almost as good as washing the car. That did not work last week, but does a lot of the time!

I totally should!! The shrubs I have there at that size would be very expensive. There are several diabolo ninebark that are 7-8' tall and about that same spread to the branches. Not to mention the iris at $20 a rhizome.

And a big fat good luck finding this size plant.
