Oh no! My favorite hen's right eye won't open! please please help!!

I tried the washcloth and she hated it but I still held it against her eye for a few minutes. I now can open her eye. Its pretty watery and her eyelid looks swollen. Her wattle under her eye is pretty white and wrinkly. I will try the neosporin in a few minutes.
