Opa, Thank-you for posting the coconut pound cake recipe. Made one last week, oh my is it good! Will be making it for my MIL's 80 birthday in a couple of weeks. Want to try it in cupcake form, with lemon or lime curd icing topped with more coconut. Yumm. Wonderful recipe!

PK, I'm doing just fine. As a recently retired Ol' Geezer, All i do is, exactly as i please, which, is hangin' out on the lake and playing with my old boat motors, flower beds and even sell a few. It's like livin' a dream.
