To get Finn prepped for any sport, I'm going to focus on teaching him directional cues (after his necessary training is complete) and touch targeting. Anything else?

He's been here for five days, so no I'm going to focus a whooole lot on training sit today, and also on starting down. I've been reinforcing a good recall since the beginning and he is getting better at it.

He likes to follow me around and on walks he'll often walk at my side, so heel shouldn't be too hard.

Great! The heel command has been a life saver for me. I now need to train under distractions. I hope it turns out to be okay...

Good! She is shedding though. Every day I brush her it looks like a small dog was shaved in our lawn

That’s how my brother’s dogs are too right now. Especially one.
