Please Help! Rooster with big lump/cyst in throat area

Please help! Any thoughts on what this cyst/ lump in throat area may be? Appreciate any suggestions on how to cure/control.

How old is the rooster? How long has the lump been there? Has it grown recently? We are not vets here, but only amateur chicken owners as you are. Tumors can be common in chickens. Some can be due to certain viruses, such as Mareks disease or leukosis. Ingrown feather cysts can also be common.

He is about a year and a half now.
I noticed it Monday but it was a small lump/cyst. It has grown tremendously! I wish i would have taken pictures of it Monday.

Do you have any tips on monitoring it or treating it? I been giving him amtyl 500, cleaned it up and carefully put vetrx today as well. Im an amateur with things like this.
