Well, if he pooped fine, and eats and drinks fine... Then he should be fine...

Spiderduck, the only way you can know for sure is an X-ray and its better to just wait and see if he has any troubles. Right now he is acting normal, eating drinking. IF there is a pin inside him, he could just poop it out or if it stays inside him it will cause him to act differently over time. But unless you want to get an x-ray, its a wait and see thing.

Do you know if vets or any places x ray chickens or assist them

Hi

I need some help. I live in peterborough uk.
My chick i took to a vet. The vet took an xray. There is indeed a pin stuck in his stonach. Not the crop.
Surgery is needed. Its expensive. Its about £600. And its risky.

Question-could the pin pass through and he could poop it out?
What can i do!?!?!?
