Prolapse of some kind?

Can anyone offer guidance on this? This is a young (rooster I thought) Silkie. I took a paper towel and gently pressed and it popped right back in. The silkie doesn’t seem to be bothered at all.

That is at the vent right? It could be intestines prolapsing I would think. I haven’t seen that before. Has he been pooping okay? I would watch for constipation, and make sure that he is drinking plenty of fluids.
