Pullet or Rooster?

Uh-huh.
The first is a cockerel. That pattern, those feathers? That comb? I would bet my life on it. I don’t know what you guys are seeing there.

The first is a cockerel, the second a pullet.
I have to add that the father isn't an ameraucana... if he was they both would have gotten muffs and beard from him.
I'd guess he's an easter egger, but without seeing him, that's pure speculation.

Looks like some sort of olive egger...
