It is a cockerel, it has saddle feathers and really thick legs. He is adorable!

I'm trying to figure out my 16 week easter egger. I've heard roo several times but my brother thinks its a hen. He/She is not crowing. Has a three row comb but is not red. Also it looks like it is growing saddle feathers. What do you think?

Yup, he is a rooster, I can see pointy saddle feathers and hackle feathers, he is very handsome also!

My light brahma cockerel was crowing at 8 weeks lmao...

My light Brahma had everyone saying pullet til 15 weeks old he sprouted pointy saddle feathers almost over night.. hence his name, Trickster...lol.
