Question on last day of incubation process- Day 23 of duck eggs

I had a scare of thinking one of my eggs had a blood ring, but I’ve come to realize it was just a vein. (I hope at least) all babies are still alive (1:22 - Tuesday, September 29) They're still moving around, tomorrow is when I believe I should turn the temperature down and increase the humidity due too 2/3 of my duck eggs have three days left the other one has 4. Should I wait until Thursday for my third egg or do it tomorrow so my first to have the right conditions to hatch? Tomorrow right?

I’m pretty sure sadly we lost the cracked egg.. no pipping on the other do yet but I have seen the darkness in the egg increase as before I could still see some parts of veins so I think they might be a little behind so I’m giving them longer because today or tomorrow is when they were supposed to come but I think they might come later if they do end up hatching
