Mine aren't minis. Florida would likely be to hot.
Yes, that's a problem about being so far south. But I sure do admire your cattle. You have quite a collection of chicken as well. I recently sold my Spitzhauben flock. I had Spanish White Faced as well. I wish I could keep emu, but just had some grandkids, so holding off on potentially aggressive critters. How are your emus? Gentle?

I just love Highlanders. I've raised them for 15 years now. Emus can get very gentle and tame as they age. Older mature birds can be petted and follow you around like dogs. They can be very dangerous though. You have to know how to handle them and give them their space.

I feel like I've posted to this thread before but it says I haven't. So I will start with Lucy seven-year-old Boer goat.

First one is her of the proudest mama ever. Shortly after she had her two babies.
The second one is of her being very proud of herself that she could lay down on top of my herb garden ( hadn't planted seeds at least)

And lastly autumn
I won't go into too much detail but she had definitely a rough start as far as Health issues her first year of life. Her brother was a stillborn and her mother passed within a week. But being bottle-fed and relying on us because of health problems on and off her first year she definitely holds a special place and me and my daughters hearts. She's one of the crew now but she is definitely the sweetest of all. She's healthy and happy Now. She's the same age as the other two younger ones. About 3 1/2 almost 4 years old
First picture of her very young. It's like she was growing with full sized ears and her body grew it to them. Ha ha
the second one is her all tuckered out after an Easter egg hunt with my nieces
And the third picture is us attempting to harness train her
